Dallas Toler-Wade – Guitarist, Songwriter, and Founder of Narcotic Wasteland
With over 35 years in the metal scene, Dallas Toler-Wade is a renowned guitarist and vocalist known for his powerful contributions to the genre. For 19 years, he served as a key member of the band Nile, where his work as both guitarist and vocalist brought fan-favorite tracks like “Lashed to the Slave Stick,” “Execration Text,” and “Evil to Cast Out Evil.” These tracks remain staples in the metal world, showcasing his unique ability to blend technical skill with intense, evocative storytelling.
In 2012, Dallas formed Narcotic Wasteland as a creative outlet while still with Nile. Following his departure from the band in 2016, he shifted his full attention to Narcotic Wasteland, crafting its distinct sound and presence within the heavy metal scene. The band has since released multiple albums and singles, with an eagerly anticipated new album set to be released in 2025.
