Nukem is a Thrash metal force from San Diego, California, that delivers an honest, old school thrash attack. Formed in 2012, Nukem released their 2016 debut album “The Unholy Trinity”, which was mixed & mastered by Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Static X, Dethklok, White Zombie) and is out now via Sleaszy Rider Records out of Greece.
Special guest solos appear on the album from Thrash Metal greats Craig Locicero (Forbidden) & Jimmy Durkin(RIP) (Dark Angel) as well as super shredder

Hot off the heels of our US tour alongside Suffocation & Death To All, Nukem has entered the studio once again with Ulrich Wild to work on our 2nd album. 10 songs of pure molten metal! Some songs are full on unstoppable Bay Area style Thrash metal while others are more of a mid tempo power groove. Nukem-Album #2, should be out summer 2025 with guest solos from Gary Holt (Exodus/Slayer) and other legendary guitarists.
I’m super excited to be apart of the Solar Guitars Family alongside so many amazing players! When I first saw the Solar V series I knew I had to have one. When I finally got my hands on the V1.6FRLB I was all in with Solar guitars. Here’s to many sick riffs and whammy bar squeals to come!!!
